Processing Your Order
After your payment clears, we need 2-3 business days to pick, pack, and hand your parcel to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays enter processing on the following business day. A dispatch confirmation email is sent once your parcel leaves our facility.
How Long Delivery Takes
Expect your parcel in roughly 20-45 days after dispatch, depending on where you live and carrier schedules. Shoppers across the United States and the United Kingdom typically receive their orders inside this range. Should a busy season slow the carriers down, our team will keep you posted.
What Shipping Costs
Free Shipping Over $30
- $30.00 or more — shipping is on us;
- Under $30.00 — a small flat fee appears clearly at checkout before you pay.
No Taxes, No Duties
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are never passed on to customers. qamira absorbs them all, so the total shown at checkout is truly the last cent you spend.
Where We Ship
Delivery is currently available to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are outside our delivery network for now.
Getting Your Tracking Number
Tracking numbers are issued once the carrier scans your parcel. Email with your order number and we will reply with your tracking number, the carrier's link, and updates any time you request them.
Lost, Stuck, or Delayed Parcels
Parcel not moving, or carrier says it is lost? Contact . Once we verify the situation, we will send you a replacement free of charge or refund you in full — a lost parcel will never mean lost money.
Check Your Address
Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. qamira cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to a mistyped address; if one comes back to us for that reason, we will reship as soon as you confirm the correct details.
Multiple Parcels, One Order
Larger orders sometimes travel in more than one parcel, which may arrive on different days at no additional cost. Each parcel carries its own tracking number — just ask.
